Return Policy
You may return most items sold by Whoops Bunny within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less original shipping & handling fee). Whoops Bunny will pay any reasonable return shipping cost if the return is as a result of our error. We do not exchange.

We also cannot accept returns for certain items under any circumstances, including:

1. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
2. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
3. Any “final Sale” items as marked on the Website.

If you received your item(s) from Whoops Bunny as a gift, please have the gift giver contact us to arrange the appropriate return.

Please make sure the items are packaged properly (use similar packaging to what you received it in) to ensure that they are not damaged on their return trip to Whoops Bunny.

If you are concerned about a loss or damage whoops, you might want to add tracking or insurance. Whoops Bunny takes no responsibility for items that you return but are damaged in-transit, lost in-transit or not delivered to us.

Once we receive the item or items back, we will process your refund (less shipping) to the credit account used for the initial purchase.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Whoops Bunny shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Whoops Bunny shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged, Whoops Bunny will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic order or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Whoops Bunny reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Whoops Bunny reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2,000.00 (US) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Whoops Bunny may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Whoops Bunny is a seller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Whoops Bunny.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Whoops Bunny be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Whoops Bunny arising from any product sold on the Whoops Bunny site shall be the price of the product order. You agree that in no event shall Whoops Bunny's directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to product sold. Additionally in no event, will Whoops Bunny, or any entity involved in creating or distributing this site or its contents, be liable for any damages from or viruses that may infect your computer or other property as a result of your access to or use of the Whoops Bunny site.
